Terms of Service — Bizflix Training

These terms govern your use of the Bizflix Training website and services operated by Bizflix Global Limited, registered in England and Wales. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Account registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

2. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at sign-up. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee.

3. Course access

Your access to courses depends on your active subscription plan. Starter plans include access to one course; Pro plans include all courses. Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements. They are awarded by Bizflix Training and represent completion of our curriculum. They are not academic qualifications or professional accreditations unless explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, videos, materials, and the Bizflix Training brand are owned by Bizflix Global Limited. You may not:

Copy, redistribute, or resell course content.
Record or screenshot video lessons for distribution.
Share your account credentials with others.
Use our materials for commercial training without a Team licence.

Projects you create during courses are yours to use in your portfolio.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Disrupt the experience of other learners.
Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content in community areas.

7. Team plans

Team plan administrators can manage seats and view aggregate analytics. Individual learner data is visible only at the completion/progress level. Team plans are subject to separate enterprise terms provided at sign-up.

8. Limitation of liability

Bizflix Training provides educational content on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
